I have certain jeans for certain things,My seven jeans are for wnen i go out,I own 2 pairs. So I wash them after because Im smelling like a bar..how many times do you wear your jeans before you wash them?

I wash mine after EVERY single use! Same for towels - I can't imagine putting on a dirty pair of jeans or using a dirty towel after a clean shower! Just for the sake of argument because I KNOW someone is going to say it's fine to use a towel twice before washing it. You have no idea what kind of bacteria can grow on a wet towel... it's horrible.

Im kinda anal about this.. but i have to wash my jeans after every use... except yesterday i woke up an hour late and jeans on the floor was the first thing i saw so i was guilty of throwing them on to go to school but as soon as i came home they went in the wash!

It depends on how long I wear them at a time. If I wear them all day, then I wash them. If I only have them on for an hour, then I'll wear them again.

No, I can wear them for a couple of weeks before washing them. To be fair though, I usually just wear them for a couple of hours sat round the house on weekday evenings, so they don't get that dirty. If I wear them on a night out they'll get washed straight after.

If I'm just wearing them to work for casual Friday, then I will wear them twice. If I do anything other than go to work in them, I wash them every time I wear them. I have 2 kids so there is always a danger of snot or food particles, etc. being on my clothes. If they smell funny, they get washed. I think it just depends on what you do in your jeans to make them "dirty" or not.

I typically wear mine 2-3 before washing them, they feel so nice "broken in" after you wear them once. Of course, if I spill something on them or if they smell bad, they get washed right away. Every one of us as a different theory on this , it all depends on how comfortable you are wearing your jeans for a long period of time without washing them , if you go into a smokey environment you should wash them as soon that you take them off , because the smell lingers on them. In regard of the others I would say wear them twice before washing , and remember to turn them inside out to preserve the colour , and do the zipper up to prolong the life of the zipper.

i was getting ready to purchase some jeans and i wanted to know whats the difference between skinny jeans and fitted jeans? and also how do people rock them with dunks high and dunks low?

Fitted jeans cling to certain places like your butt, and your thighs. They usually are looser at the bottom, like boot cut jeans. Skinnies cling to your body well...everywhere. And sometimes they can get so clingy that it's tacky. It just matters what the style is. Like, there's Ultra Skinny, or there's just Skinny. Personally, just the regular Skinny is as tight as I go. I don't know about other people, but I like to have some circulation left in my legs. ;)

skinny jeans are skin-tight from the top all the way down to the ankles, while fitted jeans are only as tight as that particular style intends (i.e- flare jeans are tight around the thighs and butt, but loose at the calves; wide legs are, well, wide; etc).

personally, i think both high dunks and low dunks look better with skinny jeans, but if youre gunna wear high dunks make sure your jeans are tucked into them.

Fitted jeans are meant to conform to your body, while skinny jeans are just...well... skinny. As far as dunks high and low I have no idea, but if I were to guess I would say that it has something to do with shoes and how you ware them.

Fitted are semi-close to you, but also a little baggy. Skinny jeans (also known as women's jeans) are tight and just straight-up gay.

I'm not sure about the dunks but I do know about the jeans. Fitted jeans are tight all around. Skinny jeans are big at the waist and get smaller and smaller all the way down to your ankles.

My favorite pair of jeans is growing some frays in the knee, and every time I put them through the wash they get bigger. How do I keep the frays from turning into huge holes and eventually ruining my jeans?

have someone sew a patch on the other side (inside) of your pant leg. it can be the same color as your jeans if you wish, but this should deter some of the fraying and eventually holes from appearing.

if you really like the jeans you probably like the fit from the knees up so cut them off and make shorts.

You can buy iron on patches that come in different shades of blue in the craft department at Wal-Mart. Turn your jeans inside out and iron on the patch to the inside so no one can see it. Or if you like them, they also sell patterned patches and you can use those. This should give the fabric something strong to hold on to and keep it from fraying much more.

Well you can not retard the wear but you can however put a jean patch behind the knees of the jeans, you can buy these patches or just cut a patch from some old jeans and adhere one to the underside of the legs this will help lengthen the wear of your jeans Good Luck !

When I shop for skinny jeans I see all kinds of jeans that are called "skinny", everything from jeans that are like skintight leggings to jeans that look like regular jeans, or even looser than regular jeans. How should true skinny jeans fit guys and girls, considering the top, thighs, and rest of the legs? Pictures or examples would be great.

Yeah, you're right. Girl's skinny jeans are usually skinny, meaning snug to the skin, but some aren't. Guy's skinny jeans seem to be anything that's just less baggy than whatever their baggy jeans are. Lots of them are no skinnier than slim straight legs, which are about 15 inches in diameter.

Skinny jeans should have a leg opening of about 12 inches, and cigarette legs should be about 10 inches.

Lots of girls, and we boys who like skinny jeans, think they should fit us like they do girls: form-fitting, or touching the skin from the waist all the way through the calf.... All the way to the ankle is good too, but those are harder to find, even for girls, but esp. for guys cuz our ankles have bigger bones than girl's ankles do, and we can have a harder time getting 10 inch openings on over our ankles, if at all....

They don't need to be TIGHT, but since they stretch, they should and do fit snug, but not uncomfortably so. Some girls recommend that you buy tighter ones than looser ones, cuz they will stretch out a little when you wear them and you don't want them to be baggy anywhere. A girl told me once to get them TIGHT, and wear them on Friday if I wanted them to look perfect on Saturday!

You shouldn't have to wear a belt with girl's jeans, cuz they actually fit and won't fall off without you holding them up with one hand. Guys jeans that fit won't need a belt either, usually, cuz their waist is a little higher and really fits over your hip bones.

Some girls don't like skinny jeans at all, on girls, or on boys, but they're probly pissed off at something else, like they can't wear them or something....

So, ignore the ones who don't like them, and ignore the ones who say that jeans made for girls should only be worn by girls.... They're just jeans, and NOBODY CARES if you wear "girl's jeans" or not. Most of the time you can't even tell....

Go to the store and check out the real skinny guy's jeans, and the skinny girl's jeans, and try them on. The staff are usually really helpful, and some of the girls get a big kick out of it if you're super cute! There's more girl's skinny jeans to choose from, more colors and washes, and they're softer, more comfy, and CHEAPER most of the time.

I've owned numerous kinds of blue jeans from all over the world and different places. Gap use to carry my favorite type of jeans - low riders, dark rinse/vintage jeans, but the fit is different than what they use to be. Lately, the only jeans I wear is True Religion/ dark rinse jeans with a bootcut. True Religion jeans are $200 plus, but it was worth the price. Will anyone reccomend some good jean brands to try. No I usually get the exact size I have because jeans seem to get looser when I wash them so if I bought a size too large they would fall off.

Personally I wear a 0 or a 1 maybe a 1/2 or a 3 it just depends on who your buying them from but since they're skinny jeans they're going to be a little stretchy so i would go for the normal size you wear or a half size smaller :D

Oh I recommend if you're buying skinny jeans...do try them. Online purchase wont be good. Coz most of the time the jeans may be loose at the waist or thighs or even at the calves and it will look funny. You can find the exact colour at most branded stores I think.

Skinny Jeans usually made from quite a percentage of stretch-able material known as lycra. So picking the right size is important (since that's the best way to wear skinny jeans). The jeans will fit in, and no need to worry that you'll find it too tight for you.

You should order the size you usually wear. The thing that difference them from regular jeans is that they are all over tight, and have a small leg opening but your size is still the same :)

Actually, I sometimes go down a size or two cuz theyre so stretchy sometimes. At the end of the day theyre practicaly folling off me! lol But definitely don't order them online unless you already know the fit and sizing of that particular brand and make of jeans.

Size 7 is about a 29" and size 9 is about a 30", but I agree with the first response..all styles fit different so it's best to try them on. Best thing I can tell you is..keep the receipt!
