I have certain jeans for certain things,My seven jeans are for wnen i go out,I own 2 pairs. So I wash them after because Im smelling like a bar..how many times do you wear your jeans before you wash them?


I wash mine after EVERY single use! Same for towels - I can't imagine putting on a dirty pair of jeans or using a dirty towel after a clean shower! Just for the sake of argument because I KNOW someone is going to say it's fine to use a towel twice before washing it. You have no idea what kind of bacteria can grow on a wet towel... it's horrible.

Im kinda anal about this.. but i have to wash my jeans after every use... except yesterday i woke up an hour late and jeans on the floor was the first thing i saw so i was guilty of throwing them on to go to school but as soon as i came home they went in the wash!

It depends on how long I wear them at a time. If I wear them all day, then I wash them. If I only have them on for an hour, then I'll wear them again.

I have about 4 pairs of jeans. I dont wash them every time i wear them.

My wife however (she will kill me for this) has at least 30 pairs of jeans. honest.

No, I can wear them for a couple of weeks before washing them. To be fair though, I usually just wear them for a couple of hours sat round the house on weekday evenings, so they don't get that dirty. If I wear them on a night out they'll get washed straight after.

If I'm just wearing them to work for casual Friday, then I will wear them twice. If I do anything other than go to work in them, I wash them every time I wear them. I have 2 kids so there is always a danger of snot or food particles, etc. being on my clothes. If they smell funny, they get washed. I think it just depends on what you do in your jeans to make them "dirty" or not.

I typically wear mine 2-3 before washing them, they feel so nice "broken in" after you wear them once. Of course, if I spill something on them or if they smell bad, they get washed right away. I have a grubby old pair that I just wear around the house to clean, do yard work, etc. - they only get washed about once per week.

i wash then every 2-3 times depending on how long i wore them if theyt're dirty and if i wore them in a place with a frialtor cuz then they smell bad

My rule is "3-day jeans".

Unless I've been out and they stink or something like that, I wash them every third wear.

Jeans are cotton and I don't want them to fade or wear out any faster than they already do.

no o wear them for 3 days first whats the point in constantly washing them.

if im going to a bar, club or doing a lot of things outside then i'll wash them after i wear them. But if im just hanging out at home then i will wash them after the second time i wear them.

depends how dirty and smelly they are...jeans are nicer not freshly washed not as stiff..maybe get 2-3 days outta them

I can get a couple of weeks wear out of jeans before i wash them. And by looking at the rest of these answers i appear to be a bit of a minger! Ah well!

Every one of us as a different theory on this , it all depends on how comfortable you are wearing your jeans for a long period of time without washing them , if you go into a smokey environment you should wash them as soon that you take them off , because the smell lingers on them. In regard of the others I would say wear them twice before washing , and remember to turn them inside out to preserve the colour , and do the zipper up to prolong the life of the zipper.
